Westbourne + Partners is a boutique consultancy and advisory firm supporting governments, strategic investors, and corporates across the emerging markets. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to help manage internal operations and provide administrative support across a range of day-to-day tasks.


Role Summary

This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who is organised, responsive, and fluent in both English and Arabic. The coordinator will work closely with the leadership team to handle operational logistics, basic documentation, scheduling, and translation tasks. The role is part-time and suitable for someone early in their career, looking for exposure to the inner workings of a growing advisory firm.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, calendar management, internal documentation, and meeting logistic

  • Translation Support: Translate basic documents and messages from English to Arabic and Arabic to English

  • Meeting Support: Attend internal and external meetings, take accurate notes, and draft minutes in English, including from Arabic-language meetings

  • Operational Coordination: Help with tracking tasks, preparing templates, document filing, and small process improvements

  • Communication Support: Draft simple communications, follow-ups, or summaries based on team instructions

  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Provide general support on a range of small operational and coordination duties as assigned


Required Skills and Experience

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

  • Strong ability to take notes in Arabic and write meeting minutes in English

  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously

  • Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office

  • Previous experience in admin or operations support is a plus, but not essential
